By Aaron Humes: Prime Minister John Briceño told us that this year’s September Celebrations will be “more like 2020, than 2019.”
That means no Carnival, no parades and no public gatherings, and the majority of official events being socially distanced.
The only way this may change is if the vaccination drive ramps up, the Prime Minister said, and even if the 70 percent vaccine threshold is reached it still isn’t enough.
