Ministry of Health and Wellness: Over 3,000 Belizeans vaccinated

By Benjamin Flowers: The latest Vaccination Report issued by the Ministry of Health and Wellness shows that over 3,000 more people have been vaccinated.

The July 12 vaccination report shows a total of 3,506 new vaccinations, bringing the total number of persons vaccinated (received their first shot) up to 107,617.

The Ministry’s data also shows that 39,463 people have been fully vaccinated (received both shots) with either the AstraZeneca and Sinopharm vaccines.

Vaccines are now available for everyone 18 years and older and appointments can be made by visiting the https://vrsa.health.gov.bz/.

“Persons who have been vaccinated for at least 8 weeks are asked to visit any Ministry of Health and Wellness’ health facility to get their second dose of the vaccine,” the MOHW said.
