Man served with notice of intended prosecution for fatal traffic accident over the weekend

By Benjamin Flowers: A man has been served with a notice of intended prosecution after knocking down and killing another man on the Philip Goldson Highway over the weekend.

Police say that San Narciso Village resident Einar Magana, was traveling home from Buena Vista, Saturday night, after curfew when the accident occurred.

Around 11:45 p.m., while traveling between miles 69 and 70, Magana knocked down 32-year-old Rene Ivan Uh who was walking along the highway.

Police issued Uh’s post mortem report on Wednesday, which confirmed that he died of “Multiple Blunt Force Traumatic Injuries.”
