US Embassy accepting applications for Winter’s Online Professional English Network (OPEN) for English Language Educators

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The U.S. Embassy announced that it is accepting applications for Winter’s Online Professional English Network (OPEN).

“The OPEN program offers English teachers the opportunity to participate in an 8-week professional development course developed by U.S. universities,” said the US Embassy.

The program includes courses in Fostering Student Motivation and Engagement, English as a Medium of Instruction, and Professional Development for Teacher Trainers.

The US Embassy said interested candidates, including previous applicants, should contact the Public Affairs Office at [email protected] for an application package and a full description of courses.

The deadline is Monday, January 17, 2022.
