BREAKING: Bomb threat at City Hall in Belize City

By BBN Staff: Information to the Breaking Belize News (BBN) News desk is that there is a bomb threat at offices of the Belize City Council on Regent Street in Belize City.

Details are sketchy at this time but traffic is reported to have backed up on Regent Street because of the bomb threat.

Once a bomb threat is received, police would lock down the area, evacuate personnel from the building and bring in the bomb experts to deal with the report. As a result the Belize City Council has temporary closed their offices as the report is investigated.
