By Rubén Morales Iglesias: An 80-year-old woman died after being knocked down on the Valley of Peace Road.

Reports say that on Friday night 43-year-old Felipe Galdamez knocked down Santa Chun with his Toyota pickup while driving in the direction of Belmopan.

Galdamez reported that he took Chun to the Western Regional Hospital in Belmopan.

She reportedly died at the hospital while being treated for her injuries.
