Surveillance video shows callous murder of Ramnarace brothers

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A surveillance video showing the brutal Saturday night murder of brothers Jon and David Ramnarace was sent to Breaking Belize News (BBN) and has begun circulating on social media and other platforms.

The video shows the brothers exiting their home with a dog and standing outside when the lone shooter wearing a jacket and hat, and wearing a headlight, ran into the yard and opened fire on them.

The brothers fell to the ground after being shot multiple times. The attacker then went into the house and shot the wives of both men. After exiting the house, the shooter went on to stand over the bodies of the two brothers and shot them a few more times.

The brothers were pronounced dead on arrival at the Western Regional Hospital (WRH) while the wives received medical treatment and are recovering.

Police Commissioner Chester Williams told the media today that he is in Belmopan working along with the officers assigned to the case to ensure that the matter is investigated thoroughly.
