Man grazed to the ear in Belize City shooting

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A Belize City man was grazed to the ear during a shooting last night.

Police say that just before 8:00 p.m. on Monday, 27-year-old Herman Usher was socializing with a relative in the vicinity of Mayflower Street when he heard a loud sound and felt a burning sensation on his ear.

He realized he had been shot and was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment and was later released.

Police are investigating but noted that Usher has been uncooperative with officers.
