By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise (MAFSE) is holding its two-day Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Hopkins in the Stann Creek District.

“The purpose of the (AGM) is to chart a way forward to ensure greater efficiency and effectiveness in the structure and institutional management systems of the Agriculture and Food Sector in Belize,” MAFSE said.

“The AGM seeks to enhance greater collaboration among key stakeholders and to establish a clear policy and frameworks for the agriculture sector.”

MAFSE said that their stakeholders, partners in development, and Ministry staff are participating in the AGM.
