By Breaking Belize News Staff: A Trial Farm resident was fined today after urinating in public while police officers were present.

Twenty-eight-year-old, Charlie Cal appeared in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court before Senior Magistrate, Tricia Pitts-Anderson where he was read a single charge of exposing his person in public.

Cal wasted no time and pleaded guilty to the charge.

He agreed to the facts read out in Court but said, “I am guilty, but I don’t remember anything. All I know is that I was drunk.”

Cal was fined $100 plus $5 cost of court which he had to pay forthwith.

Police responded to a call of a man apparently drunk walking around Trial Farm Village on Saturday, May 27, and when they arrived at the scene the found Cal walking off balance with slurred speech.

Cal walked away from the approaching officers and began urinating in public, which led to his arrest.
