Ministry of Education extends suspension of classes to all districts except Toledo

By Aaron Humes: This evening, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology announced that, in addition to the Belize and Cayo districts, in-person classes in the Corozal, Orange Walk and Stann Creek districts are suspended across all levels for Monday, November 6.

Where possible, the Ministry said, schools are encouraged to hold asynchronous (on-line) classes.

The Ministry says it continues to monitor the weather conditions, including in the Toledo District, and will provide an update to this notice as necessary.
