‘Dusty Eight’ and five live rounds found on Linda Vista Street

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Belize City police have recovered a .38 revolver and five live rounds during an operation on Monday morning.

Cops searched an abandoned building on Linda Vista Street and found a rusty .38 revolver loaded with five live rounds of ammunition.

No individuals were present in the immediate area at the time of the search so the firearm was deposited as found property.

Authorities believe that the firearm may be linked to a local city gang.
