VIP holds Press Conference

Wednesday, May 20^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: The Vision Inspired by the People (VIP) are hosting a press conference in Belize City today to give their views on national issues including the Government’s decision to allow an amendment to the Special Agreement or compromis to facilitate Guatemala going first in a referendum on taking the territorial dispute to the ICJ.

VIP is expected to reiterate their position against not only the proposed amendment, but also against going to the court at all, which includes having any referendum on the issue.

VIP will also report its views on new developments surrounding the Petrocaribe legislation and reregistration of voters.
