Barrow says that he will use the opportunity to remind Obrador of the reactivation of the Mexico- Belize Partial Scope Agreement.
Belize and Mexico have long shared mutual trade and investment relations.
However, Barrow indicated that the partial scope agreement has been recently inactive.
Obrador is officially taking office on December 1, 2018.
