Shots ring out in Belize City, targets escape unharmed

By BBN Staff: There was a shooting in Belize City this afternoon, however, both men being targeted in the incident managed to escape unharmed.

Police say that the men were standing at the corner of Gentle Lane and Dorris Brooks Crescent around 3:25 p.m. when a man approached them and fired several shots.

Officers have since detained three people in connection with the incident as investigations continue.
