Leon O-Brien, Ana Lopez win Belize City Council, Councillor Kaya Cattouse, National Sports Council of Belize 5-Mile Race

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Leon O-Brien, Ana Lopez win the second 5-Mile Race put together by the Belize City Council, and Councillor Kaya Cattouse in collaboration with the National Sports Council of Belize and Seven Seas.

Leon O’ Brien won the Men’s Category. Albert Davis ran in second and Mauro Cucul was 3d.

Ana Lopez Camp dominated the Women’s Category. Mirtha Welch took 2nd place and Rossy Guardado, Lopez Camp’s niece, was 3rd.

The Belize City Council said on a Facebook post that they continue to promote healthy living and invite more runners to put themselves to the test when they organize their third race.
