Expect cool weather for the weekend

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service is forecasting that a relatively moist northeasterly airflow will prevail.

The 24-hour forecast is for sunny skies with some cloudy spells. A few isolated showers are expected this evening and some will develop over the South and Coast tonight and tomorrow.

The wind will blow from the east to northeast at 10-20 knots.

The sea state will be moderate.

High temperatures are expected as follows: In the coast, 84 degrees Fahrenheit; 88 degrees Fahrenheit inland and 78 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Low temperatures for tonight in the coast are expected at 75 degrees Fahrenheit, inland at 68 degrees Fahrenheit and in the hills, 64 degrees Fahrenheit.

The extended forecast for Sunday and Sunday night is for mainly fair weather with a few showers over most areas.
