Santa Elena Chinese restaurant robbed of cash and gun

11586411842477gmail-m_-7014953558049739594gmail-MsoNormal">By BBN Staff: According to police, Chinese businessman Zhong An Ruan, 37, the owner of New Flavor Restaurant located at #144 George Price highway reported that on Saturday, November 11 at 2:28 p.m. while at his business along with his wife and aunt, he was robbed by three armed men.

The robbers entered the business and ordered food and drinks.

Shortly after that, one of the men took out a black handgun and ordered them to lie on the floor then tied them up.

 The thieves took $2,000 in cash as well as his licensed .9mm Glock 19 pistol valued at $3,500 with one magazine containing 14 live .9mm rounds.

Police investigations continue.
