Moist conditions to continue due to Tropical Wave

BBN Staff:The 24-hour forecast is for mainly moist and unstable weather as a weak tropical wave passes over our area.

Cloudy skies with a few showers and thunderstorms are expected today.

The wind will blow from the East to Northeast at 10 to 20 knots.

The sea state will be choppy to moderate.

High temperatures are expected as follows: In the coast, 86 degrees Fahrenheit; 89 degrees Fahrenheit inland and 79 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Low temperatures for tonight in the coast are expected at 79 degrees Fahrenheit, inland at 73 degrees Fahrenheit and in the hills at 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

The National Meteorological Service has issued a small craft warning for gusty winds and locally rough seas.

The extended forecast for tomorrow is for cloudy spells with isolated showers and thunderstorms.
