Special Envoy to host forum on ‘Hate Crimes ‘

By BBN Staff: Given the recent increase in cyber bullying and other hate crimes, the office of the Special Envoy for Women and  Children, Kim Simplis Barrow, in partnership with the National AIDS Commission and with the support of the Equality and Justice Alliance will host a forum on ‘hate crimes’.

The forum on ‘hate crimes’ will be held on March 7, 2019 at the Best Western Plaza.

The objective of the forum is to create an open discussion on the current hate crime legislation in Belize and ways to move forward in addressing this issue.
