Robbers target Sun Luck store in OW

By BBN Staff: Sometime before 8 o’clock last night there was a robbery at Sun Luck Store in Orange Walk town.

The proprietor told police that he was inside his store when two men of Hispanic descent entered.

One of the men grabbed him around his neck and threatened his life with a knife.

The other robber struck the proprietor to the head with a .38 revolver.

Fearing for his life, the proprietor handed over $900.

Both men then fled the scene and in doing so fired a single shot at the store.

Fortunately no one was hurt.
