Ashcroft to be joined as interested party

By BBN Staff: Lord Michael Ashcroft can give evidence and make submissions in the case of Paco Smith versus the Attorney General, Chief Justice Kenneth Benjamin ruled this afternoon.

He must submit within 14 days and can apply for independent experts to assist the court in making its decision.

The court reconvenes for case management on March 6.
