Young Belizeans launch relief drive for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

By Zoila Palma: A group of young Belizeans, mostly graduates from the University of the West Indies and a member of the National Garifuna Council have launched a relief drive to assist the people of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The group is seeking donations of household items, personal hygiene items, food items and baby items.

The #BelizeforVincy volcano relief effort is also requesting some financial donations for the purchasing and shipping of barrels.

“Today fi me, tomorrow fi you! Let’s collaborate in getting the people the help they desperately need,” the group urges.
