A relatively moist and unstable easterly flow is setting in according to the National Meteorological Service, supporting cloudy spells with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over the South today, then over most areas tonight.
High temperatures are 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 91 degrees inland, and 82 degrees in higher elevations. Tonight, it will be 78 degrees along the coast, 74 inland, and 68 in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots and gusty, sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution remains in effect for gusty winds and occasionally rough seas.
Tides are low at 10:37 AM and 11:37 PM and high at 4:27 PM. The sun sets at 6:19 this evening and rises at 5:19 AM Friday morning.
On Friday there will be showers and thunderstorms especially over the South, then decreasing Friday night.
