By BBN Staff: The Institute of Archeology (IoA) has announced today that the Nohoch Che’en Archaeological Reserve is closed for visitors at this time.
The IoA explained that the reserve closed as river levels and currents in the area are above normal. The Institute says that another update will be provided on the site at 10:00 a.m.
Meanwhile, all other archaeological reserves are open.
The public is asked to exercise caution at all times and adhere to all Covid-19 regulations when visiting the reserves.
