Cayo supermarket robbed

By Aaron Humes: Sixty-one Supermarket in the Santiago Juan area of San Ignacio Town was apparently robbed around midday Sunday afternoon, Breaking Belize News understands.

Details are yet to be provided, but we are told that two men reportedly entered the store and held up the owner at gunpoint.

The culprits then escaped running toward a bushy area near the San Ignacio Hospital.

Police responded to the scene.
