Belize Weather: Sunny day closes the week

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service says it will be another fine day weather-wise.

It calls for mostly sunny skies today, partly cloudy skies tonight and isolated showers or thunderstorms except for a few more over the South tonight.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 94 degrees inland, and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, it will be 80 degrees along the coast, 73 inland and 66 in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots and sea state is light chop.

Tides are low at 1:14 this afternoon and high at 7:25 this evening. The sun sets at 5:41 this evening and rises at 5:43 on Friday morning.

Similar weather conditions prevail through Saturday.
