Belize City and San Pedro Town only municipalities in double figures of new COVID-19 cases

By Aaron Humes: Between them, they have 36 new cases today but Belize City and San Pedro Town are the only municipalities in double figures on the daily COVID-19 table.

The Old Capital saw 21 of 33 new cases and San Pedro 15.

The Corozal District added 14 new cases, five of them in Corozal Town. In Orange Walk District there were 20 new cases with six in Orange Walk Town.

The Cayo District added 26 new cases with 13 added between the major towns – Belmopan, Benque Viejo, and the Twin Towns.

Dangriga added six of 25 new cases in Stann Creek and Punta Gorda Town five of 17 in Toledo.
