New cases concentrated in West, South and Belize District

By Aaron Humes: The distribution of new COVID-19 cases continues to be centered on the southern half of the country from Belize City to Punta Gorda.

The Old Capital added 20 new cases of 32 and San Pedro Town 10, with five cases in Ladyville and three in Caye Caulker.

Up north, a total of 21 cases were reported between Corozal and Orange Walk.

Cayo added 59 new cases including 13 in Belmopan and between the Twin Towns and eight in Benque Viejo.

Stann Creek and Toledo together added 58 new cases, including 10 in Dangriga, 7 in Independence and 9 in Punta Gorda.
