Garden City host Wagiya in FFB Top League’s final weekend match on Sunday

Belmopan’s Garden City will host Dangriga’s Wagiya in FFB Top League’s final match of the third week of action on Sunday.

The match is scheduled to be played at 6:30 pm at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan.

Both teams started off on the wrong foot in the tournament and lie at the bottom of the standings without a point and without a goal. What’s worse, both have allowed six goals in the first two matches. Wagiya was blown away by Verdes 5-0 in the opening week and in the second, Garden City was pounded 4-0.

Now they have the opportunity to gain their first points of the Top League’s Closing Championship and they better grab the opportunity or risk staying at the bottom.

Both had better hopes for the Closing Championship and this game could very well be the one that makes them or breaks them. So, expect both to come out pumping from the get-go.
