Three men robbed at gunpoint in Belize City

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Three men were victims of an armed robbery in Belize City last night.

Forty-one-year-old Darwin Henderson told police that around 10:30 p.m. he was on Baracat Street, speaking with his son and his son’s friend when his son called out to someone behind him.

Henderson said when he turned around he saw two men quickly approaching them and one of them pulled out a firearm.

The culprits then robbed the men of a number of electronic items, several documents, and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police are investigating.
