Three sought in robbery-abduction near Valley of Peace

By Aaron Humes: According to PLUS TV, police are on the trail of three male suspects in a gray Kia Sorento who attempted a robbery and abduction in the Cayo District.

Around four Thursday evening, the victim was held up and later dropped off a mile away from the crime scene in the Banana Bank area near Valley of Peace, Cayo, although the abductors apparently got away in the Sorento. It is not clear at this time what else may have been taken.

The incident is being investigated by police in nearby Roaring Creek, and those investigations continue.
