Belize Weather: Sunshine and some showers

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies today with cloudy spells and cloudy skies at times tonight. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will develop countrywide and especially along coastal areas.

Today’s high temperatures are 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 91 degrees over inland areas and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 78 degrees along the coast, 71 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to southeasterly at five to 15 knots. The seas will be light chop.

Tides will be high at 1:21 this afternoon then low at 5:57 this evening. The sun sets at 5:16 this evening and rises at 6:04 Monday morning.

Expect similar weather conditions to prevail through Monday.
