2022 FIFA World Cup: 12 of the 16 countries qualify to Round of 16 knockout; final four go through today

Since 14 countries have qualified to the second phase of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, 6 of the 8 games that will be played in the Round of 16 have already been determined. With Brazil and Portugal already qualified, by the end of the day the two other countries for the remaining two matches will be decided.

The knockout stage kicks off on Saturday, December 3, with the Netherlands playing the United States at 9:00 am. That same day, Argentina will play Australia at 1:00 pm.

On Sunday, December 4, France take on Poland at 9:00 am while England face Senegal at 1:00 pm.

Japan will challenge Croatia on Monday, December 5 at 9:00 am. That same day the Group G winners will play the Group H runners up @ 1:00 pm.

The final day for the Round of 16 will be Tuesday, December 6. On that day, Morocco will meet Spain at 9:00 am and at 1:00 pm the Group H winners will close against the Group G runners up.
