By BBN Staff: San Ignacio police have reported a breakthrough in the murder of Paulina Urbelina Suarez.
Her daughter, with whom she had is reported to have had a longstanding land dispute with, turned herself in to the San Ignacio police station yesterday morning.
She is currently detained while police are still searching for the man who killed Suarez in her Santa Elena home.
The Officer Commanding San Ignacio police told BBN that if they can detain the gunman, that can lead to a further breakthrough in the case.
