Thursday, April 16th 2015. BMG: Belize Media Group has just been informed that Hon. Santiago Castillo will announce his resignation as standard bearer for the Caribbean Shores Division at a press conference in Belize City this morning.

Hon. Castillo will remain as Minister until the end of his term; however he will not be contesting the Caribbean Shores seat again in the next general election. The Hon. Santiago Castillo is Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development.
