Breaking news: Julius Espat reportedly has funding cut

By BBN Staff:  This morning, area Representative for Cayo South, Julius Espat reportedly received a letter from the Clerk of Court of the National Assembly informing him that he has been cut off of funds for his division as well as his stipend.
