Nazarene Church supports Pastor Wade

Posted: Friday, May 26, 2017. 8:00 a.m. CST.

By BBN Staff: The Church of Nazarene has issued a statement indicating that it finds the charges made against Pastor Louis Wade Jr. totally unacceptable.

The release says that the church continually keeps check of its pastors to ensure their right standing with their doctrine and belief of holiness.

“Pastor Louis Wade Jr. is one of our outstanding pastors who maintains a high level of integrity and commitment, first and foremost to Almighty God. To question his character in the way it is being done and to publish it nationwide is to discredit the Church of  Nazarene,” the church said in the statement.

The release goes on to say that the Church fully supports Pastor Wade in his endeavour to stand against unrighteousness, even if it is against leaders that make up the Belize government.

The church also said that they are committed to praying for them, but will not condone any questionable act that will undermine the people as a nation.

The Nazarene Church calls upon the authorities to stand on the side of righteousness and make a legitimate investigation into the charges made against Pastor Wade and that there is enough recorded evidence that proves his innocence.
