Taxi man killed by crash or murder?

BBN Staff: Belize city police are investigating the death of taxi man Rudolph Kelly, who was found dead with two cut wounds to his arms this week after his car crashed near the roundabout on Central American boulevard on Tuesday night.

Kelly lost control of his vehicle at the  round about and crashed into a lamppost. He later died on his way to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.

According to police, Kelly had reportedly just left mile 8 on the George Price highway and was rushing back to Belize city. He reportedly told police at a checkpoint on Central American boulevard that he was injured and was on his way to the hospital.

Kelly was found with two cut wounds to the arm, however, the cause of these injuries have yet to be determined.

After his post-mortem is completed, it will be determined whether the wounds were stabs or cuts.

Investigations continue.
