That is because yesterday, Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser found him guilty of ‘kept firearm and ammunition without a gun license’.
In May 2015 police were pursuing Rhys, who was running and tripped down at which point a loaded pistol fell from inside his pants.
In court Rhys denied all the allegations against him and said the entire case was fabricated by the police.
However, the learned Chief Magistrate had a hard time believing him.
