Men robbed at gun point while fishing

By BBN Staff: Two men on a fishing trip were robbed at gun point yesterday.

They are Abram Reimer and Orlando Wolfe from Spanish Lookout.

At about 3:00 p.m., the men went fishing at the Mennonite Beach area on the Belize River near Spanish Lookout.

That was when several men armed with firearms approached and robbed them of their truck and their belongings.

Police have since detained several persons pending investigations.
