Belizean resort makes list for Top 9 Hilton Hotels of 2019

By BBN Staff: Positive international mentions of Belize keep rolling in as a resort in Ambergris Caye has been named among the Top 9 Best Hilton Hotels of 2019 by the international travel site, Tripsavvy.

Tripsavvy’s article, published yesterday, had Mahogany Bay Resort & Beach Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, as the second entry on the list, citing the resort as the “Best in the Caribbean.”

“The pride of the resort is the exclusive Beach Club, the only one of its type in Belize, located just a short boat ride away,” the article said.

Tripsavvy, which ranks among the top 10 most-visited travel sites in the world, also published a piece on Belize last week entitled “The 9 Best Belize All-Inclusive Resorts of 2019.” This latest positive mention further bolsters what the Belize Tourism Board has been pushing for years, that Belize is a “must-visit” destination in the region.

The publication reaches around 30 percent of the population of the United States, which represents over 67 percent of the tourists that visit Belize.
