Taiwan Ambassador to Belize delivers election results to PM Barrow

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Ambassador of the Republic Taiwan to Belize H.E. Remus Chen visited the Prime Minister Dean Barrow to officially deliver results of Taiwan’s elections held on Saturday, January  11th.

President Tsai Ing-wen was re-elected for a second term.

Barrow extended congratulations to the people of Taiwan.

Belize and Taiwan established diplomatic relations on October 12, 1989, and have enjoyed strong diplomatic friendship since then.
