“Fair weather expected,” says Met Service

The National Meteorological Service of Belize’s latest weather report says that a high-pressure influence will produce fair and dry conditions today.

The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with cloudy spells today and partly cloudy to clear skies tonight. Little to no rainfall is expected.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 82 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 74 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 73 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 68 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 62 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Northeast between 5-15 knots and the sea state will be choppy.

High tide will begin at 9:54 a.m. and low tide at 2:42 p.m.

The sun will set at 5:42 p.m. and the moon will rise tomorrow at 6:17 a.m.
