By Aaron Humes: Prime Minister Dean Barrow announced this morning that effective Monday, June 1, the following loosening of restrictions take effect:
Up to 40 persons can meet in any one place subject to existing social distancing regulations.
Tacos and street vendors can re-open subject to regulations.
All restaurants can re-open subject to social distancing regulations.
Boledo and lottery can resume sales.
Gyms and casinos can reopen; no smoking or drinking allowed in the latter.
Non-contact open-air sports are approved and exercise can resume in full as well as sport fishing.
Curfew on Fridays and Saturdays is 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., all other days stay the same. Children can move around with a responsible adult between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m.
