The latest COVID-19 statistics puts the global infection count at 101,580,301. There are currently more than 25.8 million active cases with 110,321 (0.4%) of those considered serious/critical.
There have been 73,466,726 recoveries and over 2,187,871 deaths associated with the virus.
The United States, which is the hardest-hit country in the world by the pandemic, has confirmed over 26.1 million infections and 440,063 deaths.
India, the second hardest-hit country in the world by the number of infections, has seen over 10.7 million confirmed cases and 153,895 deaths.
Brazil, the third hardest-hit country in the world by the number of infections, has over 9 million confirmed cases. However, it remains the second hardest-hit by way of deaths relating to COVID-19, with a total of 220,237 deaths.
Meanwhile, Belize has seen 11,816 confirmed cases with 294 deaths related to the virus.
