University of West Indies to host food packaging webinar

By Zoila Palma: The University of the West Indies in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations will host a webinar series on food packaging practices in CARICOM.

The webinars will feature a range of topics from the basic principles of food packaging, good packaging practices in fresh produce supply chains in CARICOM,  good packaging practices for Medium and Small Enterprises that supply food in local and export markets, and souvenir food packaging for tourism and the diaspora markets.

Participation is free and participants can complete a pre-registration questionnaire.

Participants who attend all 4 webinars will receive a certificate of participation.
