BREAKING: Semi-pro footballer and budding artist John King is Belize City’s latest murder victim

By Aaron Humes: Reliable information to Breaking Belize News (BBN) is that footballer John King died this evening in hospital after being shot.

King was shot at on Castle Street on the Northside of Belize City after seven this evening and was rushed to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he died.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are still being investigated and we continue to follow this developing story.

On June 9th, 2021 King was shot in the buttocks on Victoria Street while hanging out with his friend Malcolm Myers. King was hospitalized after that shooting and following his recovery, he decided to try his luck at being a musical artist. Since his decision to pursue a musical career, King produced a couple of videos which can be found on YouTube.
