The National Meteorological Service calls for cloudy skies today and tonight with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms and periods of rain countrywide, but especially in the south and along the coast.
High temperatures peak at 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 88 degrees inland and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 78 degrees along the coast; 72 degrees inland and 65 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at five to 15 knots. The sea will be light chop with waves of two to four feet.
A flood watch is in effect for possible flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas of the Toledo District.
Tides will be high at 7:45 this morning and 9:01 this evening and low at 2:52 this afternoon. Sunset occurs at 6:22 this evening and the sun rises at 5:17 Saturday morning.
Similar weather conditions will prevail on Saturday.
