BREAKING: Heat stroke killed Derrick Uh, post-mortem results show

By Aaron Humes: Heat stroke, caused by prolonged confinement in an enclosed space, led to the death of Derrick Uh.

Examiner Dr. Loyden Ken delivered these findings at the end of an examination of the 20-year-old’s body started this morning and completed this afternoon.

The enclosed space was a Police van parked near the town police station in which officers allegedly and shockingly forgot Uh was detained after being transported from the San Joaquin village fairgrounds where a complaint of sexual assault had been made against him.

The result does not specify whether the heat stroke was accidental or intentional though nothing has been placed forward to indicate the latter.

Six police officers are suspended pending continued investigation of the incident with the Minister of Home Affairs Kareem Musa today promising both criminal and disciplinary charges up to and including expulsion from the Police Department.
